Tom Walsh has lived his entire life in Carrick on Suir and has been busily studying the 800-year old history of the town.
The historical gems he has uncovered are amazing! For instance 60 cobblers once plied their trade in the town or how what is now a car park was once a British Army barracks.
Tom conveys the history of the town in a pasionate and entertaining way and his two-hour walk around the town will seem like a fleeting moment.
